Greetings! Thank you for visiting our Blog. As you may not know us, let us first introduce ourselves. We are Philip and Eleni, a Christian couple married for nearly seven years and interested in building our family through adoption. A year after our marriage, we purchased our home with the intention of soon filling it with children. However, after struggling with infertility, we realized that God had a different plan for us and that what we desired most was a child to share our love. After much prayer and soul-searching, it became clear that domestic adoption is the best way for us to build our family. We are very excited about building our family in this manner! We have been approved for domestic adoption and are hoping to adopt a newborn or a child 2 years old or younger.
We are busy preparing ourselves for this life-changing event. To get to this point, we selected a local adoption agency, filled out the necessary paperwork, attended adoption and parenting classes, and completed a home study with a social worker. The next step is to find a match between us and someone who is looking to make an adoption plan for his or her child. That's where this Blog comes in. We hope that it will serve as a means of helping us identify our child and his/her birthfamily. Please help us to spread the word and most importantly, pray for us!
